Angry war veteran told I can’t collect four jasmines because I had no paperwork, yesterday the customer services said I didn’t need paperwork but to send in an email which we did the Newton Abbott at Forches Cross. We called the store number but only a voice machine asking to communicate via email, not great if you’ve got a head injury but there you go. Instructions were clear at customer services send email that’s it, cost £20 in using a van to be told no paperwork no collection, now I’m out of pocket, sent two emails have heard nothing back, starting to wonder why I didn’t go to Furmoils were for the last 30 years I’ve had no drama what so ever. If I needed paperwork to give to person collecting then should have said but no you told me to send an email that’s was it. So here I am communicating as I’m now £20 out of pocket and the same again if the van comes back all because your staff got it wrong and you felt the need to punish me. Is this how you treat us locals and war veterans.
NEWTON ABBOTT STORE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS THE WORST, NO ONE AENSER THE PHONE MAKES OUT THERE TO HELP BUT NOTHING. 30 YEARS GOING TO FURMOILS NEVER AN ISSUE
